Otis Ridge Return Policy?
The return policy for Otis Ridge is specific to their lesson cancellation and refund policy. To receive a refund, an email must be sent to skischool@otisridge.com by 5 pm (2) days before the start of a lesson to cancel. This will incur a $20 administrative fee. If the cancellation email is sent by 5 pm (1) day before the start of the lesson, a $30 administrative fee is charged for canceling one lesson, or a $40 fee is charged for canceling multiple lessons. The remainder will remain with the Snowsports School as a credit that must be used by the last day of the following season, at which time the credit will expire. If the cancellation is not made by 5 pm the night before the lesson or if the lesson is canceled on the day of the lesson, the charge will be forfeited. There is no refund option for lessons that have been transferred. This applies to any reason for cancellation, including sickness or inclement weather.
